India's Wayanad Robusta carries a Geographical Indication tag, a 2025 ODOP "Special Mention" — the first ever for any Kerala product — and a flavour profile that has made it a quiet favourite of Italian and German blenders for two decades.

We collect at the gate in Pulpally, Mavu and Bathery — the three sub-belts that produce 70% of Kerala's Robusta crop. Cherries pass moisture and density checks before bagging.

Wayanad Robusta is one of a small handful of Indian coffees with a formal GI tag — the same family of protection that covers Champagne and Roquefort. Documented terroir.

Coffee grows here under cardamom, pepper-vine and silver oak canopy. The bean carries the spice register — quietly. Buyers can name the estate, not just the country.
