Standard: 30% T/T advance, 70% against scanned BL. L/C at sight (irrevocable, confirmed) accepted for repeat buyers. ICICI bank as our handling bank.
Samples ship in 7 working days. Stock lots dispatched in 10–14 days. Custom-pack & private-label runs in 18–21 days from PO confirmation.
Trading desk & documentation handled in English. We deal locally in Malayalam & Tamil — fine if your team has an Indian-language stakeholder.
Cochin (INCOK) for southbound corridors — EU and US via the Suez. Mangalore (INMNG) for the Gulf and East Africa. Air-freight via COK or BLR.
We pack under your label on most lines — provide artwork, BC/EAN, regulatory language. Own-brand "Wayanady" packaging available across all lines.
§ 04 · Sample Programme
Pick up to three SKUs. We dispatch 100 to 250 gram samples via DHL or Aramex (you cover the freight). Each sample arrives with the lot card it was packed against — so the desk taste matches the spec sheet.
