Wayanady is a Sulthan Bathery–based trading house working direct with smallholder farms across Kerala's Western Ghats. We export GI-tagged Robusta, single-estate Arabica, malabar pepper, alleppey turmeric, cardamom and cloves — graded, lot-traced, and shipped to roasters, chocolatiers and food houses across Italy, Germany, Belgium and the Gulf.
§ 01 · The Premium Buyers Pay
Indian Robusta typically trades at a discount to Vietnam. But Wayanad Robusta, with its GI tag and elevation band, blends cleanly into Italian espresso and pulls premiums of 60–110% over commodity grade. The catch: you have to prove it. Lot, elevation, farm, processing — documented.
That's what we built Wayanady around. Every shipment leaves Sulthan Bathery with a traceable lot card, a moisture certificate, and a story buyers can resell.

Our own-label roast in the signature kraft pouch — medium-dark, balanced, ready for retail or HoReCa. Available bulk or private-label.
WY-CF-FP1 · POWDER
100% pure Wayanad coffee, roasted and ground to a South-Indian filter grind. Custom 80/20 or 60/40 chicory blends to order.
WY-CF-GC1 · GREEN
Unroasted green-coffee powder — high chlorogenic acid for the wellness & nutraceutical trade. Milled fresh to order, never bleached.
WY-SP-CL · CLOVES
Hand-picked clove buds from forest-margin smallholdings. Strong eugenol, deep mahogany, tight heads — retail pouch or bulk for spice houses.
WY-GR-LM · MILLET
Chama rice — rain-fed little millet, quick-cook and low-GI. A Wayanad heritage grain for ready-meal makers and breakfast lines.
§ 02·b · Their Own Label
Beyond bulk export, Wayanady packs a finished consumer range under its own blue script — sold across India and ready for white-label abroad. These are the actual pouches, shot on the actual clay.

§ 03 · The Provenance Story
95% of Wayanad's 60,000 coffee growers are small farmers — half-acre, one-acre, two-acre holdings tucked under cardamom shade. The bean is extraordinary. The route from farm to roaster is not.
Wayanady exists to compress that route. We collect at the gate, grade at our Sulthan Bathery unit, document each lot, and pack to your spec. One trading house, one signature, one shipment.

Our buyers move through Pulpally, Mavu and Bathery weekly. Cash at the gate, ledger-noted by lot.
Size, density, moisture and defect count at the hi-tech unit. Each lot earns a card before it earns a bag.
Cleaned, calibrated, sun- or low-heat dried as the buyer specifies. No solvents. No bleaches. No filler.
25 / 30 / 60 kg jute, PP, or 5 kg vacuum. Own-brand or private-label. Lot stamp, country mark, batch.
Cochin or Mangalore port. Phytosanitary & lot certificate travel with the consignment. Door-to-port or FOB — your call.
§ 05 · Export Corridors
Indian coffee feeds the Italian espresso machine — Italy, Germany, Belgium and Russia together absorb the lion's share of our shipments. Spice goes wider — Saudi, UAE, Kuwait, the UK, France, Germany, the US.
